Moving deposits are taken to secure space on an available truck, so if you must cancel or postpone your move, please do so as soon as possible. Except as stated below, Booking Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation or postponement requests must be in writing and must be received by True King Relocation more than seven (7) days prior to the first requested pickup date. You may send cancellation or postponement requests by email (email@example.com), USPS, overnight courier or by fax to (855) 364-8904.
Moves cancelled more than seven (7) days prior to the first requested pickup date shall receive a refund of the moving deposit. For moves cancelled or postponed within seven (7) days prior of the first requested pickup date, the moving deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE but may be applied as a deposit on a future move arranged by True King Relocation so long as that move is picked up within twelve (12) months of the date the first deposit is paid. Deposits not applied to a move within twelve (12) months of the date the first deposit is paid (as allowed herein) shall be forfeited and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Broker/Booking Fees will only be refunded if True King Relocation cancels your move due to carrier unavailability or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, in which case True King Relocation will also refund your moving deposit. This is the full extent of True King Relocations’ liability when it cancels a move.
